Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by answering their inquiries and resolving their issues. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customers' issues by utilizing product knowledge and company policies and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

• Reconciling daily route deliveries
• Processing accounts payable from daily routes
• Submit bank deposits from drivers daily routes
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the best possible customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Must be able to use a computer and keyboard for extended periods of time.
