We are looking for the Territory Manager to join our Minnesota team.

The Territory Manager is the key position at Torke Coffee through working and maintaining our valuable relationships with our customers. Direct Route Delivery is what sets us apart from the others with greater attention to detail, fewer ordering mistakes, and seamless inventory management.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Planning and executing direct route delivery of our product to a daily mix of customers
• Working on sales in the region
• Delivering coffee and an associated product mix
• Setup and managing par levels for the customer
• Being familiar with the company’s product mix and offerings
• Conducting minor repairs and updates to beverage equipment
• Be the first line of response for repair or service if the beverage equipment needs

Best Candidates will have:

• Great customer service skills
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge regarding beverage equipment
• A love of coffee is helpful but not required, as customers often may wish to conduct a tasting
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass insurance standards, driving a company vehicle
• At least two years’ experience dealing with customers in a face-to-face venue
• The company conducts pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, background checks and medical screening, all of which are a condition of employment.
