How to Make the Tastiest Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu
The season of fall brings with it so much to look forward to: exploring apple orchards, watching football games, wearing cozy sweaters and flannels, the excitement of going back to school, and – our personal favorite – enjoying the seasonal flavor of pumpkin spice. Popular pumpkin spice flavored coffees and treats are enjoyed by many as soon as the transition from summer to fall begins. We recommend adding this pumpkin spice tiramisu recipe to your must-try fall dessert list. It’s light, easy to make, and the perfect seasonal treat!
2 cups brewed Pumpkin Spice Torke coffee cooled to room temperature
1 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
8 oz mascarpone cheese softened
8 oz pure pumpkin
8 oz heavy whipping cream
7-oz package of dry ladyfingers
1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground allspice
1. In a small saucepan, combine water, coffee, and 2 T of sugar. Stir over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved (about 3 minutes). Transfer to a shallow bowl and cool completely.
2. In a large bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, pumpkin, 3 T of sugar, and spices until blended. In a small bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add 2 T of sugar and beat until soft peaks form. Fold into the mascarpone mixture.
3. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the cool coffee mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Arrange in a single layer in a 9x9-inch dish (or in individual serving cups for easy hosting!). Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the ladyfingers. Repeat layers twice.
4. Refrigerate, covered, at least 8 hours or overnight. Mix 2 T of sugar and 1 tsp of cinnamon, sprinkle over the top before enjoying.
