We have been drinking your great tasting Torke coffee for years but were having difficulty finding it in local stores.

5 stars for customer service! See my review on 10/3. The latest shipment was bitter--explained the issue. It was easily resolved, and Mary explained how sometimes a batch of beans varies from normal. She "made it right!"

Kudos for prompt answer and solution for us in Montana!

First had this coffee in a hotel in Sheboygan. Have now been buying this coffee in cans for several years. Such great coffee!!
Now in Montana, I order online. Last order of 4 cans, this batch is noticeably more bitter. Almost has a "burnt" after taste. Sent Torke an email. Waiting to hear back.

I first tasted Torke decaf at a restaurant and found out what brand they used and have been buying Torke decaf ever since. Torks decaf is very smooth.
